Senior Hardware Design Engineer
(On-site)

We're looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this hands-on role, you'll design, develop, test, and troubleshoot high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware used in cutting-edge video, multimedia, networking, fiber optic, and medical products.

You'll own projects from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products.
What You'll Do

Design and develop complex hardware using Altium Designer.
Create schematics and support PCB layout for high-speed digital designs.
Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Validate hardware performance using industry-standard lab equipment.
Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers.
Support product releases, engineering changes, and continuous product improvements.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
5+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.
Strong experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
Experience designing high-speed digital and embedded hardware.
Knowledge of interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or SDI.
Excellent troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.
Experience with medical devices, video products, networking, or other high-reliability products is a plus.
