    Position OverviewYou will be a key team member ensuring workplace and facility safety. This role requires leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead safety-related projects or processes of varying complexity.Work independently with limited supervision.Coach, mentor, and review work of junior professionals.Support continuous improvement and safety automation initiatives.Use advanced problem-solving to create solutions for safety processes or issues.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.Perform other safety-related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Safety or a safety-related field.1.5–2 years of safety experience.Must live locally or within driving distance of the facility.Preferred QualificationsASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification.CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus 10% annual bonus.Be part of a team producing some of the largest and best tires in the world.Join one of the safest tire plants in the industry, with a strong culture of safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
