Looking for meaningful work, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow as a leader? Join Marquis Companies for a 10-12-week paid internship designed for students interested in senior healthcare, post-acute rehabilitation, and administration.

As a Senior Healthcare Administration Intern, you'll gain firsthand experience in the senior care and post-acute rehab field while learning from experienced professionals across multiple departments. This internship is ideal for students with a heart for service, an interest in healthcare administration, and a drive to lead.

What You'll Do

• Rotate through key departments in a post-acute rehab and long-term care facility to gain a well-rounded understanding of day-to-day operations
• Lead a special project that brings a senior's wish to life
• Develop your leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills
• Work alongside passionate professionals in a values-driven environment

• Monday, January, 4th 2027 - Friday, March 12th, 2027
• We can adjust dates upon request in order to meet your University's requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the senior healthcare industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Completion of all application requirements listed below.

All application requirements must be completed in full for consideration into the Internship Program.

• Resume - Upload a current resume when submitting your application.
• Written Responses - Upload a document answering the following three questions. Each response should be no longer than 200 words.

1. What has inspired your interest in pursuing a leadership role in the post-acute rehab and long-term care industry?

2. Name a particular organization that you feel has a strongly defined company culture that you admire. Please go into detail as to the why you admire this company's culture.

3. Marquis Companies was founded on the understanding that people aren't defined by age or medical condition. How would you define "LIFE, WELL LIVED."?

• Letters of Recommendation - Submit up to three (3) written letters of recommendation from current or former supervisors or college faculty. Letters should be emailed directly to Isabel Taylor at irtaylor@marquiscompanies.com
