What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare projects through programming, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
• Provide technical leadership throughout all phases of project delivery
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Develop creative and functional architectural solutions that meet healthcare requirements and client goals
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for quality and accuracy
• Participate in client discussions and contribute to project strategy
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical excellence across the team

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of architectural experience
• Strong healthcare project experience including hospitals, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, or similar environments
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants
• Strong understanding of healthcare design standards, FGI Guidelines, ADA requirements, and building codes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance technical expertise with client-focused project leadership

Education & Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited program
• Professional architectural license preferred
• Advanced Revit experience required
• Experience with architectural documentation, specifications, and construction detailing

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $115,000–$150,000+ depending on experience
