Job Description

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Healthcare QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications through manual and automated testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and business requirements.

Primary Skills:

  • Quality Analysis: 5+ years.
  • Facets: 5+ years.

Secondary Skills:

  • EHR: 5+ years.
  • EMR: 5+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
  • Validate healthcare workflows, claims, enrollment, and member/provider data.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure applications meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare domain (Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, EDI, HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
