Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Help desk Support for their Plano, TX/Richmond, VA location.
 
Requirements:
  • Windows 10 Cert / 1+ yrs Widows support exp is a must
  • Mac Integration Basics Certificate / 1+ yrs Mac Support exp is a must
  • ITIL Certification / 2+ Yrs Desktop Support
  • Nice to have: ITIL Cert
  • Excellent Communications
