Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Help Desk Support for their Richmond, VA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Hands on Helpdesk Support Role with strong Access Management / Ticketing background
  • Manual Access Management
  • Create or modify or delete end user application access
 
Requirements:
  • Fresh college graduates/ interns will also work for this role
  • Helpdesk / ServiceDesk exp
  • Access Management / Ticketing exp
  • Entry level certifications like Comptia A+, ITIL etc
  • Self starter and organized
  • Attention to detail
