We are actively seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing care team. This is a 1:1 in-home care position, allowing you to truly focus on your client while working under the guidance of our Director of Nursing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a caregiver, you will provide hands-on, personalized care in your client's home, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care
• Transfer assistance and mobility support
• Light housekeeping and household tasks as needed
• Running errands when required
• Following individualized care plans
• Accurately documenting care and reporting changes in client or family status
• Complying with all nursing protocols and procedures
Some weekend availability is required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum 2 years of caregiver experience
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Pre-employment physical (yearly physical required)
• Negative TB test within the last year
• Ability to pass a background check
