    Senior Hospice Sales Executive

    Local market knowledge, job stability, established referral relationships and proven performance are must-haves.

    Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.

    Responsibilities:

    ·     Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.

    ·     Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.

    ·     Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.

    ·     Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

    Requirements

    ·     Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.

    ·     Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.

    ·     Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.

    ·     Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.

    ·     Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.

    ·     Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.

    ·     Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.

    ·     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.

    ·     Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
