Senior Hospice Sales Executive
This is a field-based business development role focused on building and growing referral relationships across hospitals, physicians, nursing facilities, and other community partners.
We are looking for a proven hospice sales professional with strong local market knowledge, established referral relationships, and a track record of consistent performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a high-energy, compassionate sales and marketing professional
- Promote the hospice’s programs and services by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer, or may refer, to hospice
- Identify new referral opportunities and expand relationships within the territory
- Maintain strong market presence and consistent follow-through with referral sources
- Work independently while partnering effectively with internal operational and clinical teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent hospice sales experience
- Local candidate only, with extensive market knowledge
- Proven, established referral relationships
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with contact management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
