Job Posting Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Summary: The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support to business units ordepartments, working closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to management and will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness.
A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role is required. Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus. Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development is required. Experience with HRIS and data analytics is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures and applicable laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Supervisory Responsibilities (if any): May supervise a team of HR professionals or coordinators.
HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
Language skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills may be preferred depending on the location and business needs.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is preferred.

The expected base pay range is $82,960 – $103,700 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
