As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by providing expert HR guidance and support to our C5ISR Business Unit, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that protect our nation's security and prosperity. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Partnership:** + Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives. + Provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management, ensuring seamless integration of HR plans and business goals. **Talent Management:** + Drive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. + Work with leaders to identify, develop, and succession plan for key roles. **HR Solutions and Data-Driven Insights:** + Design and deliver HR solutions that meet business needs, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. + Analyze HR metrics and trends and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives. **Change Management:** + Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions. + Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business outcomes. **Employee Experience:** + Foster a positive employee experience by promoting a culture of engagement and satisfaction. + Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes. **Tactical Management of HR Actions:** + **Leaves management for assigned client-group** + **Annual comp planning** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or + Equivalent experience in lieu of education, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.* Experience in Employee Relations (ER) to include conducting investigations is required. **Skills:** * Strategic thinking and business acumen. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools. * Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with preferred experience using Excel and Tableau. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** * Experience working with a defense contractor or government contractor workforce, specifically SCA (Service Contract Act) workforce. *SHRM-CP or PHR certification **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
