The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressive HR experience and the ability to operate as a trusted HR partner in a hands-on, high-visibility role.

  • HRIS, Data, and Reporting: Maintain accurate HRIS records, support data integrity, prepare reports, track HR metrics, and use workforce data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
  • HR Projects and Process Improvement: Lead or support HR initiatives, policy updates, workflow improvements, system improvements, and cross-functional projects that strengthen HR operations and organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Experience and Culture: Promote a respectful, professional, and mission-focused workplace culture through responsive HR support, clear communication, and consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall HR and business needs.
