CenCore is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide full-cycle human resources support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings broad generalist expertise, sound judgment, and the confidence to advise employees, managers, and leadership across a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, compliance, performance management, benefits coordination, HRIS administration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressive HR experience and the ability to operate as a trusted HR partner in a hands-on, high-visibility role.

Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
Equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience may be considered.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience required, with demonstrated ability to support a broad range of HR functions rather than a single specialized area.
Experience operating at a senior generalist level, including advising managers, handling sensitive employee matters, and making practical HR recommendations with limited supervision.
Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, leave coordination, HRIS data, compliance, and employment law fundamentals.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with employees, managers, and leadership.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, reporting tools, and HR documentation practices.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to balance hands-on HR administration with higher-level guidance, problem solving, and partnership with leadership.
