We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, providing expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle while helping to shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Coach managers on people management, policies, and employment legislation.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Contribute to learning and development programs that help employees grow and succeed.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Assist with organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
- 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases with confidence and discretion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for supporting people.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Relevant HR qualifications or professional accreditation are highly regarded.
