    Description

    LTi Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a critical operational and strategic partner within a lean, high-impact Human Resources function. This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of hands-on HR operations and forward-looking people strategy.

    Reporting directly to the VP, Human Resources, this position will own day-to-day HR operations - including full payroll administration, HRIS platform management, employee relations, and compliance - while supporting broader people initiatives aligned to LTi's growth priorities under Diversis Capital ownership. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

    Responsibilities

    HR Operations, Payroll, & Compliance

    • Own end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable federal and state wage and hour regulations; VP, HR serves in an oversight and escalation capacity
    • Maintain and administer the HRIS platform, including data integrity, reporting, and system configuration in support of an active platform migration
    • Own HR recordkeeping, documentation, and compliance processes (I-9, ACA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)
    • Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, employee handbook updates, and standard operating procedures

    Employee Relations & HR Support

    • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution in alignment with company policy and best practices
    • Support managers and employees through performance management cycles, corrective action processes, and workplace issue resolution
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience

    HRIS & Systems

    • Take primary ownership of HRIS administration, including system updates, user access, reporting, and integration with payroll and benefits systems
    • Partner with the VP, HR on the active HRIS platform migration, including data validation, UAT, and change management support
    • Identify and implement process improvements through system capabilities and automation

    Benefits & Leave Administration

    • Support benefits administration including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries
    • Administer leave programs (FMLA, STD, PTO) in compliance with federal and state requirements

    Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

    • Collaborate with the VP, HR on PE-driven HR initiatives, reporting requirements, and organizational development projects
    • Provide analytical support including headcount reporting, turnover analysis, and compensation benchmarking
    • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
