Senior HR Generalist
Our client, a leader in facility services, is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior HR Generalist to support their growing organization's human resources operations and employee experience initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to drive HR excellence across onboarding, employee engagement, recruiting support, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and programs.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
- Support employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture initiatives.
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer administration.
- Support performance review processes, employee development initiatives, and workforce planning projects.
- Generate HR reports and maintain data integrity within HRIS systems.
- Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and open enrollment activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, audits, and HR documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- HRIS experience required; UKG experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR reporting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work onsite at their Sewell, NJ location. Not a remote position.
