Overview
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager (HRBP) to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to corporate business units within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong corporate HR background, excels in both strategy and execution, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with overall business objectives
Translate business goals into actionable workforce plans, including talent pipeline and organizational design
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by identifying talent risks, opportunities, and solutions
Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development initiatives
Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insights tied to business outcomes
HR Operations & Execution
Lead core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns
Oversee full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation (e.g., EEO, compliance tracking)
HR Programs, Change & Transformation
Partner cross-functionally with HR teams and centers of expertise to implement key initiatives
Drive adoption of HR programs, tools, and standardized processes that improve efficiency and scalability
Support organizational change initiatives, including communication, rollout, and adoption tracking
Lead HR projects aligned with broader business and HR priorities
Leadership & Team Development
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to HR team members, where applicable
Build capability within the HR function in areas such as strategic consulting, talent planning, and change leadership
Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HRBP or corporate HR leadership experience
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Experience with talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
Ability to interpret people analytics and translate insights into business recommendations
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
