    • Advise, coach, and challenge leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, performance, culture, workforce planning, employee relations, and change.
    • Lead and develop a team of five across HR, Training, and Compliance, building capability, accountability, and succession.
    • Oversee HR strategy and execution in the United States, provide HR oversight for China, and consultative support for Brazil, with broader Americas and global involvement as needed.
    • Build organizational capability and protect critical institutional knowledge to support business continuity and future growth.
    • Lead talent reviews, succession and workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, mobility, engagement, and employee development.
    • Partner with senior leaders, Corporate HR, and Legal on growth initiatives, M&A, integrations, restructuring, and organizational design.
    • Provide leadership on complex employee and labor relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, accommodations, and workplace concerns, engaging Legal as appropriate.
    • Use workforce data, analytics, KPIs, and business insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and improve decision-making.
    • Oversee benefits and payroll execution in partnership with Americas HR and support HR budgeting and forecasting.
    • Champion an agile, inclusive, innovative, and high-performing culture grounded in Arkema values and continuous improvement.

Lead Transformation and the Future of Work

This role will also help shape how the organization evolves for the future. You will:

    • Identify emerging workforce needs and develop practical strategies to build the skills and capabilities required for future success.
    • Translate complex corporate and business strategies into clear, executable people and organizational plans.
