YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
  • Own end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compliance
  • Process weekly payroll (ADP) and manage quarterly bonus administration with high accuracy
  • Administer benefits programs, coordinate vendors, and manage open enrollment and communications
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, reporting, and HR systems administration
  • Maintain compliance, audit HR records, and identify process improvements with a thoughtful approach
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…
  • Experience in an HR “department of one” or small-team environment
  • Strong generalist background with hands-on payroll, benefits, and leave administration
  • Proven experience with HR compliance, records management, and audits
  • Proficiency with ADP or similar HRIS platforms and workforce reporting
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating independently
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…
  • Experience supporting benefits and retirement committees
  • Comfort administering FMLA and handling employee relations matters directly
  • Track record of improving HR processes in a measured, thoughtful environment
