Description
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Operations Partner for a direct-hire opportunity with an established organization in the Triad area.This position is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who can independently manage multiple responsibilities, build effective working relationships, and provide practical HR guidance to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers.Manage employee-relations concerns and workplace matters.Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and candidate selection.Coordinate onboarding and other employee-status changes.Interpret company policies and employment regulations.Support performance-management and corrective-action processes.Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.Assist with HR reporting, projects, and process improvements.Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.QualificationsApproximately five years of progressive human resources experience.Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.Sound judgment and demonstrated critical-thinking skills.Ability to evaluate situations and make confident, well-reasoned decisions.Experience working independently with limited day-to-day direction.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Ability to provide patient, professional coaching to managers.Comfortable managing competing priorities and changing circumstances.Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Preferred BackgroundCandidates who have held broad HR responsibilities within a generalist, HR manager, HR partner, or standalone HR position are strongly encouraged to apply.A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Compensation and BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offProfessional development opportunitiesQualified candidates should submit a current resume in Microsoft Word format to:Misty Davis | Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. | Misty@aprinc.com
