Requirements of the Senior HR Specialist

• Must be reliable and trustworthy. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient computer and math skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree.

• Fluent in English both spoken & written.

• Minimum of 2 years in similar position (preferred).

Responsibilities of the Senior HR Specialist

• Support Human Resources in the majority of development, ensuring and optimizing proper application of Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Leading the recruiting and Training areas, setting the strategy for attracting and training employees, according to local and HR Corporate policies, fostering company values and being entrepreneurial-minded in accordance with ethical code and the laws.

• Ensure proper analysis, updating and compliance with policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview. 

• Set and implement the talent acquisition strategy and processes, identifying the best recruitment sources needed at each moment (i.e. headhunters, recruitment companies, assessment centers, etc.)

• Promote career fairs, assessment centers or other events.

• Comply with the KPI s related to the scope of responsibility and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and monitor the annual training plan balancing the individual training plans, created by each area, with corporate needs.

• Lead employer-branding initiatives.

• Carry out tasks requested by the HR Manager. Depending on the specialization/needs, the focus will be on recruitment, training, development, and benefits administration. 

• Collaborate/lead specific projects related to Human Resources department.

• Organize and participate in individual and worldwide meetings with the local Human Resources Directors.

• Perform a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.

• Coordinate and monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of actions.
