As a Senior HR Technical Training Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering an engaging new hire onboarding experience, coordinating technical training programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure employees are trained, qualified, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the New Hire Orientation (NHO) program at the Oak Canyon site, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for manufacturing personnel.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to support onboarding, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and qualification activities to enable productive and compliant new hires.
- Maintain and improve the NHO program structure, content flow, and engagement strategies.
- Track attendance, feedback, and program metrics; implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings; create and update professional training presentations.
- Support trainers and subject matter experts by handling administrative and logistical requirements related to training delivery.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, and process owners to support OJT deployment and ensure training continuity from orientation to the production floor.
- Track OJT progress, trainer availability, and qualification status while supporting documentation and traceability in line with QMS requirements.
- Ensure training assignments are accurate and maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support training workflows related to document changes, onboarding, and role-based requirements, maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
- Monitor training metrics such as completion and effectiveness, and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, HR, and engineering teams to align onboarding and training needs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, gather feedback, and support additional training projects.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Quality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting or facilitating onboarding, training coordination, or OJT programs in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation processes (Preferred)
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or regulatory training environments (Preferred)
- Experience supporting manufacturing ramp-up or high-volume onboarding (Preferred)
