Senior HRIS Analyst (ADP)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong experience supporting ADP platforms. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the organization's HR systems. You will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and delivering reporting and analytics that support workforce planning, compliance, and operational decision-making. The individual will also support integrations with external vendors, oversee system updates, and act as a senior escalation point for complex HRIS-related issues.
Required Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience supporting ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage HCM
Strong experience configuring HRIS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management
Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data outputs for HR and leadership teams
Proficiency in data validation, auditing processes, and maintaining high data integrity standards
Experience managing system security, user roles, and access controls in a regulated environment
Ability to support system upgrades, perform testing, and deploy enhancements successfully
Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system solutions
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Bonus/Soft Skills:
Experience with integrations between HRIS platforms and third-party vendors (benefits providers, ATS, LMS, etc.)
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar reporting platforms
Experience using SQL, automation tools, or workflow optimization technologies
Prior experience mentoring junior analysts or serving as a technical lead
Relevant certifications such as ADP Certification or Professional HRIS credentials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
