FocusPoint is partnering with a well established, publicly traded company headquartered in the Nashville area to fill a Senior HRIS Analyst role. Our client operates across multiple states and is investing in its HR technology stack, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership over enterprise HRIS platforms rather than a narrow support role.

This position is hybrid and requires candidates to be based in the greater Nashville, TN area.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary technical owner of their UKG Pro WFM environment, while also supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration and configuration. You'll be the go-to expert for workforce management, timekeeping, integrations, and system optimization, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, and IT leadership.

What You'll Do

• Own UKG Pro WFM administration and configuration, including pay codes, work rules, accrual profiles, Genies, Hyperfinds, navigation profiles, and org mappings
• Configure and optimize scheduling, timekeeping, and labor rules to meet evolving business needs
• Manage UKG Pro WFM security roles, permissions, and access governance
• Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between UKG, SuccessFactors, payroll, and other enterprise systems
• Lead root-cause analysis on system issues, interface failures, and data discrepancies
• Support upgrades, patches, releases, and regression testing across platforms
• Build and maintain test plans, system documentation, and SOPs
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled capabilities within HR systems

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS systems experience
• Advanced hands-on experience administering and configuring UKG Pro WFM (workforce management, security, scheduling, timekeeping)
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong background in system integrations, data replication, and enterprise connectivity
• Experience with security administration, role-based permissions, and data governance
• Comfort supporting upgrades, testing cycles, and production releases; Test Assure experience a plus
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
