Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for our Human Resources team in one of the following office locations: Menlo Park, CA; Natick, MA; and Denver, CO. The Senior HRIS Analyst will lead the evolution of our HR systems, with a strong focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions that support the business. This role blends technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement- translating business needs into scalable HRIS solutions, improving processes, and enabling better decision-making across HR and the firm. This is an ideal role for someone who is innovative, highly organized, and thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and people.
You will be responsible for
You will have the following skills and qualifications
Experience
5+ years of HRIS experience, ideally in an analyst or senior analyst role
Hands-on experience with UKG / UltiPro / UKG Pro (strongly preferred)
Experience with iCIMS or another talent acquisition system preferred
Experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, or performance management
Bachelor's degree
Core Capabilities
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach
Proven ability to assess needs and translate them into effective system solutions
Experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Strong data and reporting skills, including experience with Power BI or similar tools
Ways of Working
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative and proactive in building relationships across teams
Clear, confident communicator-able to simplify complex topics
Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and using them to improve efficiency and insights
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS implementations or major system enhancements
Familiarity with integrations across HR, recruiting, payroll, and finance systems
Exposure to data governance, compliance, and audit practices
Experience applying automation, AI, or advanced analytics within HR or business processes
Presently legally authorized to work in the United States. No immigration sponsorship or processing required.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
Salary Range
USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
