Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst - UKG.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional expertise to the product team by analyzing, guiding design, configuring, testing, debugging, and implementing new features, workflows, and enhancements within system capabilities
  • Configure and manage employee profiles, pay rules, accruals, and related system components
  • Develop and maintain UKG workflows, system configurations, and reporting aligned with HRIS/WFM and organizational objectives
  • Monitor and support recurring integrations between timekeeping and other systems
  • Ensure system enhancements are thoroughly tested and successfully implemented
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to roadmap planning
  • Design and deliver reporting, analytics, dashboards, and metrics to support workforce insights and HR decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies
  • Analyze and document current WFM, HR, timekeeping, and scheduling processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for UKG Pro timekeeping configurations, processes, and user guides
  • Drive continuous improvement of WFM/HRIS processes, including adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline systems by consolidating functionality within UKG Pro Timekeeping
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives related to WFM and HRIS systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors on ongoing support and project-based work
  • Train end users and team members on system functionality and best practices
  • Mentor and support HRIS team members in UKG Pro capabilities
  • Deliver work accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to workforce management
