Position Purpose:
The Core & Continuous Improvement Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Core and Continuous Improvement (CI) leader to optimize, stabilize, and continuously enhance the company's Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, delivering an exceptional associate and field experience.
This role supports the Core/CI team by maintaining HR system performance, service delivery, case management, and technical configuration. The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Combining hands-on system expertise with continuous improvement practices, this position focuses on enhancing processes, supporting end users, and ensuring effective, compliant system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with HRIS leadership to support continuous improvement efforts, including enhancements to system functionality, system design, workflows, and user experience.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery of system enhancements.
Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to the design and implementation of practical, scalable solutions.
Support the implementation of newly acquired businesses by coordinating HR system onboarding activities, validating data, facilitating user training, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful transition into enterprise processes and systems.
Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytical solutions reporting to support compliance activities, investigations, audit, and business initiatives.
Conduct system routine audit, monitor data quality, identify anomalies and work with Sr. HRIS Mgr. on recommended corrective actions.
Monitor day-to-day core issues, including intake, triage, and resolution of system-related requests, issues, and inquiries.
Support system configuration updates, testing, and implementation in alignment with defined requirements.
Troubleshoot system defects and partner with technical teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures in partnership with HRSD Analyst.
Assist with reporting needs across HR functions, including performance management, recruiting, and workforce data.
Analyze data and provide insights to support process improvements and decision-making.
Support adherence to data privacy, security standards, and internal controls.
Assist in managing system access, roles, and permissions in partnership with HRIS, IT, and compliance teams.
Participate in governance and change management processes for system updates and enhancements.
Support testing, implementation, and communication of system changes.
Help maintain consistency and standardization across HRIS processes and data practices.
