Role Overview

MrBeast is looking for an analytical, strategic, and tech-savvy Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to join our General team working on scaling our global HR and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining Workday across the entire employee lifecycle. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring top-tier data integrity, seamless integrations, and actionable workforce visibility through advanced analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architectural design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of Workday to support evolving organizational goals across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for Workday Core HCM, managing business process configurations, security roles, and calculated fields.
• Architect and maintain seamless integrations between Workday and external ecosystem tools, including Deel, Greenhouse, Britehire, 15Five, and Okta.
• Build and support robust integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish automated ETL data pipelines using tools like Airbyte or Fivetran to extract Workday data into centralized data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Drive executive decision-making by creating advanced reporting solutions, executive dashboards, and leveraging Workday People Analytics and Prism Analytics.
• Own end-to-end Workday release management, feature evaluation, and regression testing to ensure continuous operational uptime with zero unhandled production issues.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications while developing documentation and change management strategies to support user adoption.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of total HRIS/HR technology administration experience, with 5+ years of direct, hands-on Workday configuration in mid-sized or fast-growth organizations.
• Deep functional expertise in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules.
• Advanced technical proficiency building integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and managing Workday security architecture (ISUs and security groups).
• Hands-on experience working with SQL, ETL tools (Airbyte or Fivetran), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or BigQuery).
• Familiarity with Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, and custom dashboard creation.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical specs and business needs.
• Uncompromising focus on data integrity, system security, and operational quality under tight deadlines.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting modern enterprise tools (e.g., Okta, Greenhouse, Deel) is a strong plus.

The target total compensation ranges from $200,250 - $278,450 including a fixed annual salary of $135,000– $203,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
