Kforce has a client seeking a Senior HRIS Compensation Analyst to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary Workday Compensation SME
  • Act as a consultative partner to HR/Comp stakeholders (not just task execution)
Fully own the end-to-end lifecycle:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Solution design (multiple options + recommendations)
  • Configuration and setup
  • Testing/QA
  • Deployment
  • Ongoing operational support
  • Manage Workday compensation configuration and administration
  • Own job catalog management (HRIS team responsibility here)
  • Support Workday releases and stay current on new features
Success Criteria:
  • Seamless execution of annual compensation cycles
  • Accurate and compliant Workday configuration
  • Stakeholders rely on this person as a go-to partner for Workday Comp strategy
  • Proactively manages Workday releases and feature updates

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of total experience
Minimum 3 years hands-on Workday Compensation experience, including:
  • Workday Core Compensation
  • Workday Advanced Compensation
Strong experience managing annual compensation cycles:
  • Merit increases
  • Promotions
  • Bonuses
  • Stock/incentives
Exposure to:
  • Reporting
  • Integrations
  • Testing
Soft Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Positioned as a trusted advisor to HR leadership
  • Comfortable being client-facing and highly visible

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
