  • Ensure data integrity and effective workflows across HR systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements as operations stabilize
  • Work a standard business schedule while providing support to operational teams working non-traditional hours, including occasional weekend coverage as business needs require.
  • Partner with HR leadership to lead and support HR operations initiatives, including the establishment of new programs and processes, while driving workforce integration efforts during transitions and organizational changes.
  • Apply expertise in government contracting, the Service Contract Act (SCA), union labor relations, California employment law, and San Francisco labor ordinances to ensure compliance and support efficient program execution.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders, management teams, and labor/union representatives to address workforce matters, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic HR resource by providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.

  • Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and customer-service orientation

Travel Requirement
