Position Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a key HR resource responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of strategic and operational HR functions. This role works independently, exercises significant judgment and discretion, and serves as a consultant to leaders on complex employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, and organizational development matters.
Senior Human Resources Generalist ensures continuity of HR operations. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations investigations and training and development. The individual in this role contributes to both daily HR operations and long‑term business strategy through expert-level HR guidance.
