Job Description
Senior HR Analyst to provide HR Business Partner support, with primary focus on leave administration (FMLA/state) and full-cycle talent acquisition. Partners closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, public-sector environment to support recruiting, compliance, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on FMLA, state leave, and accommodations
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple lines of business
- Develop sourcing strategies and grow diverse candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with Title VII, ADA, and non-discrimination laws
- Coordinate screenings, interviews, testing; train interview panels
- Develop recruitment materials and merit-based selection tools
- Drive HR process improvements, metrics, and training
Utilize HRIS, ATS, Excel, SharePoint, Word

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years professional HR experience (recruiting + leave admin)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, leave laws, accommodations
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft (or HRIS) and NEOGOV (or ATS)
Intermediate MS Office / SharePoint - Public sector experience
- Union environment experience
