Duration: 6 month contract
Pay range: $28.00/hour - $30.00/hour
Location:ASSIGNMENT IS MOSTLY ON-SITE WITH ONE DAY A WEEK WORKING REMOTE AFTER TRAINING PERIOD. REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT TESTING LOCATIONS INCLUDING SAN RAMON, SACRAMENTO AND FRESNO AS NEEDED. ALSO, WILL NEED TO BE ON-SITE 2-3 DAYS DURING INITIAL TRAINING.

Description
The Human Resources Assistant will support the Candidate Care & Operations team which includes Testing Operations, Hiring Hall, Centralized Job Bidding and Talent Operations. The successful candidate will primarily support Testing Operations and will provide support to Hiring Hall, Centralized Job Bidding and Talent Operations as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proctor in person testing at various locations across territory by supervising and monitoring examinations to ensure a fair and secure testing environment
Set up of testing stations, including prepping computers and distribution and collection of materials
Verifying the identity of test takers, recording attendance, completing reports and managing test related documentation
Responding to questions, resolving conflicts during the test sessions
Maintain accurate records in HR and relationship management systems.
Coordinate and partner with HR partners
Address inquiries and/ or questions related to Candidate Care & Operations with basic instructions or using established policies, procedures or guidelines.
Process electronic and paper records and provide administrative support
Communicate required steps and documents to employees, contractors, and suppliers.
Handle confidential information and provide general administrative support.
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in HR operations support.
Experience using relationship management, HR, applicant tracking, or case management systems.
Strong attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
