At Fluency, we come together under two shared passions that drive our culture: the scaling of digital ad operations, and fostering a workplace environment rooted in open communication, inclusivity, and a growth-oriented mindset. These passions not only set us apart in the industry, but also fuel our collective drive to reshape the industry and reinvent ourselves along the way. We're not just revolutionizing the digital advertising horizon, we're shaping an organization where every member feels a sense of pride and is inspired to do their best work.
Fluency is looking for an experienced, strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our scaling, remote-first team across the US. You will serve as a critical partner to cross-functional leaders, executing people strategies that accelerate business objectives while fostering a workplace rooted in open communication and inclusivity.
This role is integral to the health and success of the organization. You will dive deep into divisional goals to ensure every team has the right structure, talent, and processes to sustain impact and drive organizational evolution. Working in close collaboration with the Head of Talent, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Experience teams, you will analyze, build, and embed sustainable people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle with an emphasis on Performance Management and career pathing, ensuring that our team is feeling inspired and empowered to do their best work.
