This highly visible leadership role partners closely with executive leadership and corporate HR to drive employee engagement, strengthen employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support organizational growth across a multi-site healthcare environment. Ideal candidates will bring experience supporting organizations within clinical research, healthcare, oncology, or other highly regulated healthcare settings.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic, hands-on HR leader supporting managers and employees across multiple healthcare and clinical research locations. This role is responsible for employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, organizational development, talent initiatives, and change management while ensuring alignment with company policies, values, and operational objectives.
