This key strategic role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence organizational success within a complex healthcare environment. The Senior HRBP collaborates closely with clinical and operational leaders to align human capital strategies with organizational goals, enhance workforce capability, and promote a high-performance culture. Serving as a trusted advisor, this individual will lead initiatives across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compliance, significantly impacting the organizations operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership to understand and support business objectives and workforce challenges.
Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives to advance organizational priorities, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructuring.
Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness efforts.
Serve as a trusted consultee on employee relations matters, handle complex investigations, and resolve workplace issues proactively.
Coach leaders on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
Identify talent development needs and recommend targeted programs to bolster organizational growth and capability.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support talent acquisition, workforce engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
Advise on compensation practices, pay equity, and ensure compliance with employment laws including EEO, ADA, and FLSA.
Maintain oversight of HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and recommend process improvements to optimize employee experience and operational performance.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that foster a respectful and collaborative workplace culture.
Support legal and regulatory compliance, including workforce-related legal matters, unemployment claims, and risk mitigation strategies.
Mentor junior HR team members and contribute to enterprise-wide HR projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated expertise advising senior leaders on employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
Proven experience managing complex investigations and workplace conflict resolution.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platformsOracle experience preferred.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
