The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting business units' HR needs and implementing best practices to achieve corporate objectives.
They will handle employee and labor relations, performance management, policy enforcement, coaching, mentoring, and onboarding.
HR Generalists actively engage with employees through feedback meetings, coaching supervisors, and facilitating training.
Requirements include
- 3+ years of HR experience, including employee relations
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA safety, and employee relations principles
- A positive attitude and eagerness to improve
