    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Generalist to support our centralized technical functions, including Engineering, Information Technology, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Logistics. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day HR execution with more strategic partnership.

    As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with leaders and employees across these functions, serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, talent processes, and organizational effectiveness. This position supports a professional workforce with diverse skill sets and evolving business needs.

    You will partner closely with the HR Director and broader HR team to deliver consistent, high-impact HR programs while helping to drive engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and support business performance. This role offers opportunities to contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives while continuing to grow your career.

    What You Will Do

    • Serve as the primary HR partner, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and organizational effectiveness for the technical functions
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, and workplace practices
    • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
    • Support full-cycle talent processes such as recruiting coordination, onboarding, performance management, and development planning
    • Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness
    • Support workforce planning and organizational design to meet evolving business needs
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR practices while maintaining accurate documentation
    • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence and contribute to HR projects and initiatives

    • Strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees across functions
    • Employee relations matters are handled effectively, proactively, and with sound judgment
    • Talent processes (onboarding, performance management, development) are executed consistently and add value to the employee experience
    • Leaders are supported and coached effectively, resulting in improved team performance and engagement
    • HR programs and initiatives are implemented smoothly and aligned with broader organizational goals
    • High levels of collaboration with the HR team, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing HR function
    • Compliance and HR operations are maintained with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
    • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting professional business functions
    • Strong experience in employee relations, coaching, and advising leaders at multiple levels
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
    • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to influence and build relationships across a diverse, multi-functional organization
    • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
