The Weitz Company is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support our Mission Critical business unit. The Senior HR Generalist will play an instrumental role in bolstering our culture, enhancing the employee experience, building trusting relationships with leaders, and ensuring project teams are positioned for success. This role includes a strong employee relations component and will serve as a key partner to consult and advise leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management and corrective action, employee concerns, and conflict resolution.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in an HR role with strong emphasis in employee relations
Demonstrated experience handling complex workplace investigations, performance management, and corrective action processes
Proven ability to coach and consult with leaders through sensitive or high-impact employee situations
Degree in HR, business management, or related field is strongly preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
HR experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
