The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting and advancing Commonwealth’s talent strategy through employee engagement, performance management, organizational support, benefits administration, and People & Culture initiatives. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to enhance the employee experience, strengthen talent practices, and support a high-performing, growth-oriented culture.
