Job description:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations while ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
- Support HR operations and compliance by maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies, supporting audits, and driving consistency across HR processes and procedures.
- Partner with leadership on talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities, workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate experience, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with compensation, benefits, HR programs, and workforce analytics by supporting offer development, benefits administration, HR initiatives, and reporting on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring progress, and workforce trends.

Requirements:
- Must have (5) to (8) years of progressive human resources experience
- Must be strong with employee relations
- Must have experience with HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements

- Able to manage priorities across time zones
- High school diploma or equivalent
