The Dixon Group is looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team! The Senior HR Manager is essentially the driving force behind a companys workforce. While junior HR staff typically handle day-to-day administrative tasks, a Senior HR Manager focuses on the big picture-aligning the companys people strategy with its overall business goals.
