Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee residential HVAC installations
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
- Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in the field
- Uphold all safety standards and protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain accurate job documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform all physical requirements of the job
Work Environment
- On-site work at residential customer locations
- Variable temperature and space conditions depending on the site
- Driving company vehicle to and from jobs and occasional office visits
