Your impact

• Own full installations: generators with gas lines, residential HVAC equipment, and select light commercial projects—working independently when needed.
• Design and install equipment layouts, ductwork systems, and piping with craftsmanship and code compliance.
• Capture precise records—maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials utilized.
• Elevate every customer interaction, protecting our reputation for exceptional service.
• Contribute to special initiatives and take on additional duties as assigned.

What sets you up for success

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC install experience (required).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil systems, geothermal, and airflow optimization (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Dependability, consistency, and a team‑oriented, positive approach.
• Growth mindset with an eagerness to sharpen your craft daily.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high standards.

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Comfortable with extended standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, from heat to cold.
• Able to hear and speak clearly to coordinate work and ensure safety.

Professional proficiency

HVAC service and installation competency required.
