Must be able to Sell.JOB DUTIESServices, maintains, repairs and Installs residential and light commercial HVAC systemsDetermines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairsCreating estimates and converting to SALES in Service Titan mobile app.Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each jobConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingWears floor savers while in the client’s homeMaintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outsideMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have 3 to 5 years prior background as a Technician in the HVAC industry with Sales experienceNATE certification preferredMust display strong communication skills and technical competenceClean driving record and valid driver's licenseAvailability nights and weekends is a plus.
