Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Professional
Location: Newton, MA
Compensation Range: $45.00 to $55.00 Hourly


Position Summary: We are actively recruiting a Senior HVAC Service Professional to join our growing operations in Newton, MA. This role is designed for a veteran technician who requires minimal supervision and excels at solving complex mechanical and electrical climate control issues. You will serve as a technical expert in the field, representing our brand with professionalism and top tier craftsmanship.


Essential Job Functions:

• Complete comprehensive repairs and advanced troubleshooting on high end residential HVAC equipment.
• Interface with complex control systems and non standard boiler configurations.
• Complete standard maintenance and advanced repairs seamlessly after a short 30 day onboarding window.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and communicate effectively with the dispatch team.

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RT License.
• Extensive background (5 plus years) in residential HVAC diagnostics.
• Spotless driving record and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong client facing communication skills.
