If you're looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a predictable weekday schedule, this could be a great fit.The RoleYou'll handle service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a variety of HVAC equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system and equipment problemsPerform repairs and preventative maintenance on residential and commercial systemsDetermine when equipment can be repaired versus when replacement is appropriateExplain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customersRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment documentationPerform basic air balancing and sheet metal-related workSafely operate scissor lifts and Genie lifts when requiredMaintain accurate communication with the Service Manager regarding equipment, inventory, and training needsFollow established safety, quality, and customer service standardsMaintain and properly use your own basic HVAC hand toolsWhat We're Looking For2–3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experienceResidential, commercial, or combination HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to evaluate equipment condition and recommend appropriate solutionsComfortable reading wiring diagrams and blueprintsWorking knowledge of air balancing and basic sheet metal practicesAbility to communicate professionally with customers and coworkersValid driver's license and insurable driving recordHVAC trade school or formal technical training preferredBasic HVAC hand toolsWe're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to continue developing their technical skills.
