Senior HVAC Service Technician - Residential

We're a family-run residential HVAC company based in Aurora, recently rated the best HVAC company in the area. We serve Oswego, Plainfield, Yorkville, Montgomery, and the surrounding Fox Valley. Steady call volume year-round, and a crew with zero drama.

What You'll Get:

• $40-$50/hr depending on experience
• Commissions paid on services and sales
• Time and a half for overtime, including evenings and weekends in busy season

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and boilers
• Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for our Home Comfort Membership customers
• Explaining issues to homeowners in plain vxcv and giving honest options
• Mentoring younger techs as we grow (if that's something you enjoy)

Who We're Looking For: You're the tech other techs call when they're stuck. You don't cut corners, you don't oversell, and you've got the diagnostic chops to back up your rate.

Beyond that:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience (firm)
• EPA 608 Universal certification
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Comfortable being customer-facing every day
