Your Mission
Champion residential and light commercial installations from first fittings to final start-up, while developing the next generation of installers.
You Will
Run residential and light commercial HVAC installs from kickoff to completion.
Mentor apprentices and junior installers, assigning tasks and modeling best practices.
Hold the line on safety and quality, ensuring every system meets or exceeds code.
Walk clients through system operations so they feel confident on day one.
Must-Haves
At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience; more is welcome.
Proven experience running a job site and coordinating a crew.
Valid EPA Certification (non-negotiable).
Dependable, solutions-focused, and punctual.
