Aire Serve South Austin is looking for an experienced and driven Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system failures and mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service agreements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior HVAC technicians in the field
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls
• NATE certification or equivalent is a plus
